This Privacy Policy describes how Auro Finance SPV (“Auro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Cayman Islands entity, collects, uses, and shares information when you access or use the Auro Finance website at aurofi.org, the Auro presale application at app.aurofi.org, and any related interfaces (collectively, the “Services”).

We collect limited information necessary to operate and improve the Services:

• Wallet information. When you connect a self-custody wallet to the Services, we receive your public wallet address and any on-chain activity associated with our smart contracts.
• Usage data. Anonymous technical information including browser type, device type, pages viewed, referral source, and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Communications. If you contact us through any official channel, we retain the content of those communications.

We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, government identifiers, or financial account information through the presale dApp itself.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
• To monitor for fraud, abuse, and protocol-level threats.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
• To communicate updates relevant to the presale, the Auro protocol, and the AURO token.
